• We offer store credit only for returns. No refunds will be issued.

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of your order’s delivery date.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached to be eligible for return.

• All accessories, intimates, sale items, and special promotions are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• To start a return, please email us at Darci@shopdarci.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We’ll send you return instructions and a shipping address.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your store credit via email in the form of a digital gift card. Your store credit will never expire and can be used online or in-store.
